一輛貨櫃車經過嘉義太保市區，突然間右後輪脫落，大輛胎就在馬路彈跳，有一輛名車就停在路邊，大輪胎由車前車後，二次和名車擦身而過，幸運的都沒有撞擊上名車，最後大輛胎撞上另一輛貨車的尾巴才停下來，還好沒有人受傷。
遊覽車開在嘉義太保的道路上，司機的行車記錄器，就看到前方的貨櫃車右後輪突然脫落，往路邊彈跳過去，巨輪先是彈跳，撞上路邊民宅的柱，再彈回馬路上，一路衝向對向車道後，撞上貨車的尾部才停了下來，其間一輛停在路邊的名車真的超幸運，巨輪先由後方穿過，撞上柱子再由前方穿出，名車毫髮無傷。車上乘客議論紛紛，有人直喊阿彌陀佛老天有保佑，但是貨櫃車司機一點都沒感覺，右後輪脫落，直到有人呼叫他才停了下來。
貨櫃車司機不知道輪胎脫落，主要是因為貨櫃車左後1、2二個位置都有輪胎，右後1的位置輪胎還在，2的位置輪胎雖然脫落，但是因為車速不快，所以車身還能保持平衡，還好落跑的輪胎沒有傷到其它人車，否則貨櫃車司機這下可糟糕了。
